RE+ Balance

RE＋ BALANCE
is an SI and Rolfing® bodywork room located in Sapporo.

SI and Rolfing® are methods of integrating the body's structure created by Dr. Ida P. Rolf.
This involves 10 sessions to build the entire body's membrane structure (interstitium) to balance with gravitational energy.

The Basic 10 session process is an experience that dynamically changes your relationship with your mind, body and gravity.

RE+ BALANCE is a practice space of Structural Integration (SI) and Rolfing® located in Sapporo.
